RICH TEXT implementation

Hi Team,

Can anybody give me the RIC text implemnation for an excel cell,in the XML format.

for example    <row r="1">
<c r="A1" t="inlineStr" s="5"><is><t>Title</t></is></c></row>

Like this exact format for rich text for the particular cell.
